This red-brick restaurant in Central has long been one of my favorite Western dining spots. **Grilled Octopus Salad**
The salad is colorful, with tender and bouncy octopus that has a nice bite. It’s complemented by plenty of refreshing tomatoes, olives, mixed greens, and cucumbers, lightly dressed, making it a great appetizer.
**Chicken Empanadas**
These Argentine pastries are a rare find in Hong Kong. They look like large dumplings, with a crispy outer layer that has a buttery aroma. The filling is rich and juicy.
**Grilled Lamb Rack**
The lamb rack is nicely charred on the outside and very tender inside. You can choose your preferred doneness; I find medium-rare to be just right, offering the best texture. The herb sauce is light and refreshing, while the pumpkin puree is creamy and sweet, adding a unique twist compared to regular mashed potatoes.

The pasta is cooked to the right firmness, and the creamy sauce is rich and smooth, clinging perfectly to the noodles. The slow-cooked chicken is tender and thickly sliced, enhancing the overall experience.
