A French restaurant recommended by French!!??

It’s really interesting to try your home country food in somewhere else, just like we won’t try the Hong Kong style food in Japan, but a few friends of mine from Paris did have such notion . I didn’t know much French restaurant, so I took them to the one that I knew - Alize Noire de Nova in North Point. . I didn’t know much French restaurant, so I took them to the one that I knew - Alize Noire de Nova in North Point.

I was so worry that they will think the food there will disappoint them as first, in contrast, they like that a lot!!
Therefore I chose to write a review for this restaurant. We went to there on a Friday night, so we have to wait for around 15 minutes before we could get a table.


And apart from usual menu, they also served the dinner menu on that night. It’s really hard to make a choice among spaghetti and risotto, but all of us were kind of being attracted by the crabmeat and lemon sauce spaghetti, so the three of us ordered the same set LOL
Mushroom Soup

 The bread and soup were quite a surprise to us.
We love the garlic sauce a lot, dipping it with the bread was definitely a prefect match!!
The one is the photo are the portion of two sets, so dun worry about it. Although the soup is only cream mushroom soup, the restaurant has done a good job for that, especially it wasn’t that salty!
My friends said even in Paris, a good bowl of mushroom soup is hard to find.

 Finally it came to our main dish - the spaghetti with crabmeat and lemon sauce, and it wasn’t a disappointment to us!!
The three of us all agreed that the lemon sauce was the essence of the dish
, it has brought out the taste of the crabmeat and neutralize the salty, seawater-like taste of the crabmeat. I won’t say the crabmeat is very fresh, but at least it wasn’t tasteless and thanks to the sauce, it was real delicious!


All in all, if the visitors from Paris said the food was good in here, I didn’t have much to add on it
 I guess I will recommend this restaurant to anyone who want to have French food from now on XDD
