Working in an industrial area, I originally didn’t expect that many hidden gems in the neighborhood. Three thirds is definitely one that shines.

Came here for the hundredth times today with a colleague for lunch. Ordered their infamous salad and pizza.

What I have in my box of salad: Wild rice, brussel sprouts, beets & apples and roasted eggplants. I love their wild rice so much. The texture and taste are but perfect because it has pomegranate seeds in it together with some nuts. So it’s like a chewy texture with a tinge of crunchiness. The roasted eggplant is my other favorite pick. They used to have a pomegranate seed on top of the eggplant, guess they took it away from the eggplant and moved that to the wild rice. The tahini brings out the flavor of the relatively flavor-less eggplant.

I’m sorry the pics don’t do the salad justice, but I promise their salad is a must-try.

Pizzas at three-thirds are super, super thin, which is rare in HK. You usually get doughy pizzas here! I really like the thinness and crispiness of their pizzas. They aren’t stingy on toppings either. Ordered this spicy salami pizza, and they have quite a lot of salami and a bunch of arugula. The only thing about the pizza is if you don’t eat it fast, the dressing/sauce gets soaked into the thin crust which makes it a little soggy (But I usually finish it quick so that’s not a problem for me. My problem is rather feeling hungry still even after finishing a whole pizza since it’s too thin!: P)

Last, I also ordered an almond biscuit as dessert. It has a tinge of citrusy flavor to it which is surprisingly good. Its texture is perfect - crispy but not over baked. It's a tiny bit too sweet though.

The ambiance of Three-thirds is also nice - Lots of sunlight and very industrial interior. Although the bar tables aren’t as comfy.

Overall, I’d give it a 9/10!
