What a lovely and cozy afternoon tea at the JW Cafe!☺️The environment and atmosphere were just perfect for a tea time. The cafe has got a variety of food and snacks. We began with a bowl of soup that got abalone, fish maw and pork in it which was absolutely suitable as a appetiser. What a lovely and cozy afternoon tea at the JW Cafe!☺️The environment and atmosphere were just perfect for a tea time. The cafe has got a variety of food and snacks. We began with a bowl of soup that got abalone, fish maw and pork in it which was absolutely suitable as a appetiser. Also they have different kinds of cheese to sprinkle on the salad leaves, such as rocket and lettuces. Next, some cold dishes, smoked salmon, marinated dill salmon and some sashimi which tasted all so fresh. What is more interesting is that they offered a counter for making congee based on your choice, that is less likely to be seen in other hotels!In terms of hot food, surprisingly they had a lot of dim sum options such as hand made steamed vermicelli roll that had a thin layer, steamed bun, chicken siu mai and many many other exquisite food.
At the last round, of course we couldn’t miss the desserts. Freshly made waffle, Portuguese egg tart, ice cream from Haagen Dazs (cookies and cream), scones, doughnut and pear pie. Surely a delightful dining experience!
