I booked Entourage two weeks in advance to celebrate my 21st birthday with 14 friends. The manager was very friendly, and emailed me a set menu for my consideration. One day prior to the event, I called and asked if I could have the Chef's Table and they said it would be no problem. The service here is very friendly, and extremely efficient. When I arrived, my table was ready and I was immediately offered the menu and the wine list. I had brought three bottles of wine, and the waiter was happy

When I arrived, my table was ready and I was immediately offered the menu and the wine list. I had brought three bottles of wine, and the waiter was happy to store it for me. I placed my order, and the food was served very soon after that. All the food was still hot, which is always a good sign. The overall dining environment is very good and I had a really good time.

This was a really special foie gras. Very smooth, and went extremely well with the bread.

The scallops were cooked to perfection!

We also had the crispy goat cheese salad
, and the snail ravioli
.

The sauce goes very well with the fish which is cooked very nicely. My only disappointment was that the waiter took the encrusted seabream away too quickly and I could not take a picture.

The lamb was very very soft. My favourite part of this dish was the cloves of roasted garlic.

Full of flavour, very creamy, and beautifully presented.

We also had the mussels which were good
.

My only complaint was that I wanted to have the full lobster, but they said they were sold out.


I would definitely come back again to try the other dishes on the menu!

题外话/补充资料: If you want to celebrate your birthday here, there is a HKD 250 cake cutting fee. There is also a corkage fee of HKD 250 for wine.
