I booked Entourage two weeks in advance to celebrate my 21st birthday with 14 friends. The manager was very friendly, and emailed me a set menu for my consideration. One day prior to the event, I called and asked if I could have the Chef's Table and they said it would be no problem. The service here is very friendly, and extremely efficient. When I arrived, my table was ready and I was immediately offered the menu and the wine list. I had brought three bottles of wine, and the waiter was happy

I placed my order, and the food was served very soon after that. All the food was still hot, which is always a good sign. The overall dining environment is very good and I had a really good time.

The sauce goes very well with the fish which is cooked very nicely. My only disappointment was that the waiter took the encrusted seabream away too quickly and I could not take a picture.

Full of flavour, very creamy, and beautifully presented.

We also had the mussels which were good
.

My only complaint was that I wanted to have the full lobster, but they said they were sold out.


I would definitely come back again to try the other dishes on the menu!

题外话/补充资料: If you want to celebrate your birthday here, there is a HKD 250 cake cutting fee. There is also a corkage fee of HKD 250 for wine.

麵包先上,法包味道雖簡單,沒甚麼香料點綴,但我就是喜歡它的簡單美,simple is the best,黏韌的麵包配上香濃軟滑的牛油,為這美味的晚餐作一個好開始。

Onion Soup($85)
西湯的選擇沒有中湯的多,來來去去都是洋蔥湯、忌廉湯、菜湯等,但有句叫貴精不貴多,最緊要好吃。
不知從何時開始愛上了洋蔥湯,有選擇下,都會叫洋蔥湯,試試不同餐廳做的有甚麼分別,得出的結論是正宗的法國洋蔥湯都是偏咸的,但愛健康的我對於咸度高的食物都敬而遠之,不過間中一次,沒所謂吧。
說了一堆廢話後,就是想說這湯對我來說比較咸,不過洋蔥味牛味都真的很濃香,而且浮在湯上的芝士包也做得很好,很香的芝士味,但又不會香得很"酥",而洋蔥也很足料呢。

Snails and Spinach ravioli with Garlic cream($115)
眼大睇過龍,看menu時只看了snails,我還以為是一般蝸牛盤上面放了幾粒蝸牛,然後用牛油garlic焗香,直到上菜時才看到原來是ravioli。平日吃ravioli都是菠菜,原來用蝸牛都很特別。
蝸牛軟熟,雲吞皮al dente是意料中的事,最意外的那湯底。很香很滑,忌廉味道不會很重,但又不失香滑,雖說是蒜蓉cream,但又不會很重的蒜味,即使不喜歡蒜的朋友也可以吃,當殺殺菌吧!!這個garlic cream真的令人十分喜愛,忍不住要喝清。

Warm lobster salad and avocado with raspberry dressing($210)
能夠開胃大吃龍蝦,我相信最直接是去cafe too,但現在去buffet興趣漸減,當然不會再去cafe too。但又很想吃龍蝦,所以到餐廳叫龍蝦滿足一下也不錯。
雖然不態開胃大吃,但淺嘗更可以嘗到食物的美味,不用說,這龍蝦當然又彈又爽,十分香甜,而沙律也是用了上乘的菜,最喜歡當中有牛油果和raspberry,這碟食物中每樣都是我喜愛的。清新的raspberry可以減低吃牛油果的滯膩感,整個菜色的配搭十分好。

Pan Fried Beef Fillet with parsnips gratin and mushroom sauce($280)
手多多,照片沒有留底,手快快就按了save,將原本賣相吸引的牛扒變了一舊黑碳........
這個牛扒是最近吃過最好吃的,很少有餐廳真的能夠做到牛扒充滿肉汁,這裡絕對可以做到,用叉按牛扒時,很多汁流了出來,充滿肉汁外,肉質也十分好,非常"林",而且是沒有渣的,很多時吃牛扒都餘下了很多渣,這塊牛絕對把肉汁鎖住又很林,烹飪的技巧真的不錯。
除了牛扒好外,配牛扒的parsnips也超好吃,每片切得一樣厚,證明刀巧了得,剛剛好的厚度,配了些cream,雖有cream,但又不會很膩,再加上鮮味十足的mushroom,這碟牛扒真的令人讚不絕口!!非試不可!!

7hrs Braised lamb Shank, Olive oil and Rocket salad mash potatoes, Thyme Juice($235)
名符其名,7hrs braised,即說明了這隻lamb shank是用了7小時去研製,肉類用這種方法烹調一般可以鎖住肉汁之餘,肉質也十分嫩滑。
而這羊,當然肉汁肉質都是100分,而令人又喜愛的便是這雖是羊,通常羊很難煮得好吃,不是太羶就是太重香料味,但這羊不但香料味不重但又能夠保留原來羊的羶味,味道又不重,而很多時用了7hrs煮的羊都流失了絕大部份的羊味,吃上去與豬肉沒分別,但這沒有流失一點的羊味,真的很讚。美中不足的是我比較喜歡吃薯蓉,是要用篩篩過的那種,但這個mash potato只是一般暫爛了的薯仔,不過味道很好,混合了不同的香料,但又不會過火。

吃了這麼多美食後,是時候吃甜品了,吃甜品最好的配搭當然是咖啡。
但已經夜深,怕喝了睡不著,而且平日在家都經常自製latte,沖咖啡的人永遠都覺得自己沖的最好味,所以我也不叫了。
不過試了一口,味道是不錯的,咖啡豆的質素很好,值得一試

Thin Apple Almond Tart with Vanilla Ice Iream and Butterscotch Sauce
終於到甜品時間了,雖然前面幾道菜都令人十分滿意,但都要試試甜品才知道是否真的有讚無彈。
第一口,令人十分幸福,鬆脆的酥皮,酸酸的蘋果,vanilla雪糕,冰火交融,甜酸混合,令人不能停口的蘋果批,真的十分值得一試!!

Hot Chocolate Fondant served with Hazelnut Ice Cream
其實,心太軟,真的吃得太多了,在家自己做,在外又吃,在外吃心太軟最安全,最差是由心太軟變成朱古力蛋糕而已。
來到這裡,雖有很多選擇,但對其他的興趣也不大,所以最後還是選了心太軟。
當然也沒有令我失望,而且很驚喜地就是吃後也不會很膩,充滿了朱古力味又不會過甜,而旁邊的雪糕也很好吃,美中不足的是如果雪糕是homemade就好了。

心太軟: 非常滿意

總括來說: 超級滿意!! 餐廳的service很好;而食物,當然是令人讚不絕口,每樣食物的材料都很新鮮,而煮法也很讚,每樣食物都配搭得十分好,而且吃完也不會很膩,因為每道菜中總有些食物是減低滯膩感的,可以說是配合得天依無逢。真的很驚喜,原來附近也有這樣質素的餐廳。
其實這種質素配以這個價錢,而且還在中環,算起上來也頗值的。最遺憾的是沒有用相機把美食的外賣拍下,始終手機影的質素真的麻麻。

朋友的 starter 係 goat cheese salad with honey: 疑似 Antonio名物? Goat cheese 賣相不及 Antonio 的金黃, 食落則無咁鹹, 但羊味強勁, 質地極軟滑, 配上甜甜的蜜糖汁及墊底的脆卜卜多士, 我覺得比 Antonio's 的更好食 沙律菜就夠新鮮, 拌以酸香的 vinaigrette, 都不錯.

主食揀了 duck leg confit: 以前食過的 duck confit 都係無汁的「鹹」及「乾身」一類, 呢度的就有酸而不嗆的 tomato-based 醬汁, 不過淋了醬汁後層皮仍然薄脆, 鴨肉鬆化軟腍又 juicy, 好好食喎
旁邊的 mashed potatoes 質感細滑 (似 puree 多一點?), 薯味香又帶點牛油及奶味, 但食落又唔覺得飽膩, 正 仲有西蘭花, 紅蘿蔔 etc 的 veggies, 味道普通, 用嚟清清味蕾不錯的.


朋友食 Angus striploin: 叫了 medium rare, 切開的確 medium rare, 仲有唔少血水滲出 試了少少覺得唔算好腍, 但質地鬆化, 肉味香, 亦好香炭烤味, 好食喎


Dessert 揀了 floating island: 蛋白 "faak" 得輕巧, 面頭則灑了杏仁片增添 nut 氣及脆卜卜, 食落「一陣風」, 唔太甜, 配上充滿 vanilla seeds 又甜而不膩的 vanilla caramel sauce, 最後當然輕易清碟.

亦試了少少朋友的 dark chocolate mousse, 朱古力味夠香濃又夠 "dark", 唔太甜, 質地軟滑, 正

食物好, 配套亦好, 是日環境清靜舒服, 店員亦 nice 得很, 絕對係由頭滿意到尾的一餐 lunch.

We went to Entourage for a causal gathering. After reading the reviews on openrice, we decided to order the Seabream encrusted in salt, the 7 hours braised lamb shank, Goat Cheese Salad. It was a quite interesting experience to have the seabream at Entourage. The presentation of the seabream was very nice as the fish was covered by salt. At first it presented with the salt crust letting us to take photos. The most interesting part is we can smash the salt cover by using a little hammer. After that, the waiter will take it back to the kitchen and remove the bones and crust for us. The seabream was soft and delicious. Must try item!

The waiter recommended us to try the 7 hours braised lamb shank since they were doing 10% off promotion throughout May. The mashed potato taste perfect with the sauce. The lamb was well-cooked with the sauce. I can say the sauce is totally the soul for this dish.

The thin apple tart looks nice and it was a crispy tart. The apple slices were a little bit sour and warm. The vanilla ice-cream was sweet and cool. It was amazing when the crispy, warm and cool mixed in your mouth. Another must try item!

We loved the raspberry dressing in the lobster salad. It was pure and fresh. We were so excited when we saw two big pieces of lobster instead of just little lobster flesh between vegetables.

We were actually quite full after finishing all the starts and mains, but it is hard for girls to say not to the french desserts. We planned to order the pear crumble, the thin apple tart and the chocolate fondant. We finally only ordered pear crumble among those three because we saw macaroons in the dessert shelf!!! We ordered 2 plates of macaroons since $75 for 7 pieces was quite a good deal!

The pear crumble was good but I was attracted by their thin apple tart (our next table ordered it). It looks really tasty!

Nice Environment, Nice Food, Good service+ Friendly staff.
Will probably back with some other friends to try the sea beam and other desserts.

On Friday, made plans very last minute to head out for dinner with a group of 6 friends.Could not find anywhere in Soho that could accomodate us last minute without a reservation, as most of the places were full. Stumbled across this really nice French Restaurant on lower Elgin Street which I must say pleasantly turned out to be a very good find. We walked in at about 10.15pm to a full restaurant and were greeted by a European gentleman and requested for a table and explained that we did not hav

We walked in at about 10.15pm to a full restaurant and were greeted by a European gentleman and requested for a table and explained that we did not have a reservation. He sat us at the cocktail lounge and said he will see what he can do for us and 15 mins later, we were shown to our table.
The reason I am writing this review is because of the service we received that evening. This gentleman turned out to be the Executive Chef of the Restaurant and he made special arrangements to keep the kitchen open late to accommodate our group. He personally took our orders and made recommendations of what we should have. We ordered quite a few things to share and they were all very good. To recommend a few that we really enjoyed, The Fresh Salmon Tartar was gorgeous with chunks of Salmon, The Foie Gras were delicious and the portion was very decent. The Seared Scallops on Creamy Leeks was something unique, it was presented in an Oyster Shell and was very tasty.
For the Mains, The Lobster & Crab Risotto is a must try for anyone, very comforting and super delicious.We wanted to order a steak & were recommended to try the Rib Eye on the bone (sharing for 2). It was cooked to perfection just how we asked for it... Medium but no Blood!
Finally we tried the Royal Sea Bream encrusted in Salt which was moist and absolutely wonderful.
For the Desserts, we had the Creme Brulee, Hot Chocolate Fondant & the Cheese Cake with Mix Red Berries. All were super good.
We ended up having a really Good Meal, Great Ambiance & "Excellent Service".
A "Pleasantly Good Find" in my books and I look forward to dining there soon again and this time will remember to take pictures!!

I am extremely disappointed with Entourage service. Today is my 1st anniversary and I have reserved a table for 2 at Entourage at least 2 weeks prior, and emphasized it is for a special occasion. I felt a bit odd for not receiving phone call today before my visit, therefore I called them back to confirm the booking. I’m glad that I took the initiative to call because I would be have stuck with the wine menu when I can’t even drink a bit of alcohol.

The waiters were polite and attentive. However, the waiter who took our orders was quite imposing - strongly recommended us to order the salt-crusted sea bream even though H had explicitly stated that she wanted to try cod. He disregarded our preferences and went on to reiterate thrice, that the salt crusted bream was a specialty. We succumbed in the end.

The bread basket was petite and there was only baguette, and more baguette to choose from. The bread was warm. The olive oil was fragrant but I thought the balsamic was a bit too sour. We asked for a refill, only because R was very hungry and realized that we wouldn't be ordering a lot that night.

I thought this would be an interesting dish but it turned out to rather disappointing. Pesto ought to have been thick and delicious and ought to have coated the beans well. I don't think it was salted properly because the basil flavour didn't quite come through, and the mixture was to grainy and coarse for my liking. But then again pesto with beans seems a little strange (hindsight). The bashed up pistachios offered some crunch, but added little to the dish in terms of taste. The beans were, very slender, and were cold. Not impressive.

Again, I realized I had made a mistake by ordering seared tuna only when it came. The color didn't look right. Tuna should not be seared. At most it should be lightly crusted on the outside with a special crunchy mix and only very, very lightly seared. The bulk of the meat should remain reddish. Well-done tuna is too lean and rough. The salad was too sour. Anchovies were too salty. Overall, not a very pleasant or pleasing salad. Should have cut the acidity with some sweet.

The waiter assured us that the soup wouldn't be too creamy. His reassurance was well-placed. I only ate a mouthful. Cauliflower doesn't taste like anything particularly distinct does it..? Would've preferred mushroom or pumpkin soup.

The risotto itself and the blending of mushroom with the rice grains was up to scratch. I liked the slurpy texture of the risotto (albeit being a bit too thick), and thoroughly enjoyed the thinly-sliced wild mushrooms. belongs to the chanterelle family i believe. However, despite the acceptable texture, the risotto was over-seasoned. Waaay too salty, especially when an extremely salty parmesan chip is set on the side to accompany to the risotto. It was salty to the extent I couldn't quite palate it. Pity.
I felt quite full already after eating a few spoonfuls.

Best deal of the day. The mummified sea bream is interesting and see they even bothered to carve out little pockets of salt to imitate the scaly surface. The meat was soft and flavourful. You could really taste the fresh fish flavour because it wasn't seasoned with anything else but salt, on the surface, which works pretty well! There was a olive chutney topping served on the side - finely diced tomato, red onion, olive, parsley, olive oil. The topping was delicious and worked well with the fish, offering a bit of savoury meatiness to complement the mild fish flavour. The only disappointment was that they didn't let us carve out the flesh for ourselves, instead, the fish was deboned when served. I would've preferred working at the carcass myself. But I guess the French won't have it done this quintessentially oriental way. Aite. Should explicitly make the request next time (if there is one).

Disappointing
to say the least. An insult to the reputation that entourage has earned - spoiled meat, undercooked, bland flavour, unappetizing appearance. The only enjoyable item on the plate was the large portobello mushroom garnishing the chicken. And I thought the menu read 'stuffed' chicken.

Dessert, thankfully, was quite pleasing. 'Thin' apple tart is true to its name. The apples were thinly sliced and the filo pastry was also very, very thin. It was, however, dry and crisp, not soggy at all, kind of like mille-feuille, though less brittle. I liked this dessert a lot. The tart itself was not sweet and the apples were slightly tart but with the huge dollop of vanilla ice cream on top, the sweetness nicely cut the acidity. Quite delightful.

Conclusion:
There are some strengths, but these strengths were outweighed by its weaknesses.
Will not recommend this place for dinner. Lunch might be OK. Not sure how long it's going to remain in business though.
题外话/补充资料: There were only 4 groups of diners on a Sunday evening. Not too optimistic about Entourage staying in business for much longer. Hope it improves though. Have heard positive comments for lunch.

據店長介紹,Entourage是法文一字,解作被周邊的人和物圍繞在一起的意思。為增加此”Entourage”圍在一起的感覺,餐檯都是圓型的,更設有半圓的梳化座位,令人有圍在一起,開心享用食物的感覺。但這天,我們並不是坐圓檯的位子,而是那長長的Chef Table。Entourage剛剛來了新任行政總廚,是來自法國諾曼第的Chef Frank Lebiez,所以餐廳也換上了新餐單。Chef Frank形容新菜式就如精彩的合奏,充滿現代感的創意,但仍保留傳統正宗的法式烹調,希望為客人帶來食物上的驚喜。這天,我們由前菜、沙律、主菜及甜品,一共試了二十多款菜式,陣容頂盛,實在太豐富。先送上麵包籃,自家焗製的法包,外層微微脆身,內裡帶點韌性,麵粉味香濃,可點上牛油、黑醋、橄欖油或鹽吃。

第一道前菜Fresh Salmon Tartar Dressed with Capers,Gherkins and Parsley,$120。三文魚粒混入酸豆,酸瓜及芫茜,配上數片麵包。三文魚粒不會切得較太小而沒有了咀嚼感,味道酸酸甜甜,挺開胃。Homemade Foie Gras Terrine,Fruit Chutney and Brioche Bread with Figs,$175,鵝肝醬滑溜豐腴,肝味不算很濃郁,簡單的配搭法式多士吃。個人愛點些無花果肉醬吃,微甜中和了鵝肝醬的膩滯感。Crab Martini with Pink Grapefruit and Avocado Mousse,$135,即拆的蟹肉,蟹肉不太清甜,與底部的牛油果醬一同混勻吃,嫩口滑溜。蟹肉與牛油果,的確是最佳配搭。吃了三款凍吃的前菜,來款熱的Snails and Spinach ravioli with Garlic Cream,意大利餛飩通常都是正方形的,又扁又平,而這個就像中式餛飩般,帶點圓身成粒狀。餛飩外皮沒想像中的那麼厚身,薄薄的隱約見到綠色的餡料,充滿透明感,而入口沒中式餛飩皮的軟稔,帶點韌性。中間豐盛的菠菜及田螺餡,鮮甜多汁,配合入口滑溜的餛飩皮及creamy的忌廉蒜汁,令人滿意。

Crispy Parmesan Tuile with Confit Provencal’s Vegetables,Vanilla Olive Oil,$95,相對來說較為平凡一道前菜。烤茄子、黃椒及青瓜等鋪疊起來,創意地用了雲尼拿味的橄欖油烤焗,吃下去陣陣雲尼拿甜香,與蔬菜鮮甜匹配。但烤蔬菜質感過為稔身了一點,失去口感。其後的三款沙律,Warm Scallops Salad with Grilled Asparagus and Cured Ham,Sauce Vierge,$185。帶子份量不算大,微微煎過的帶子,中心還未完全熟透,帶點半生熟,雖不是溏心的狀態,但肉質非常鮮嫩,十分鮮甜。那Sauce Vierge由橄欖油、檸檬汁及蕃茄粒等香料調製成,少許酸味挺醒胃,但個人不太愛太多油份,顯得有點油膩。而伴碟的還有火腿包著烤過的露筍,微微鹹香襯托出鮮甜露筍味,整體是不錯。

Crispy Goat's Cheese and Pesto Parcel Salad,Lavender and Honey Dressing,$110,熱烘烘的炸羊奶芝士,酥皮香脆可口,內裡芝士芝味濃郁,不太重羊羶味,可惜芝士餡料有點不夠飽滿豐盛。而沙律菜新鮮爽口,清甜怡人,中和炸物的油膩感。

Green Beans Salad with Pistachio and Fresh Mint,$105,較為清淡的青豆角沙律,沒有太多調味,簡單的薄荷汁加少許開心果粒,更能吃到青豆角的鮮甜,個人亦甚為喜愛。

八款的前菜及沙律後,Pan Fried Black Cod Filet,Crushed Potatoes ad Meat Jus,$245。鱈魚肉質較為挺實及富彈性,但吃起來也嫩滑,魚肉油脂夠豐富,吃得津津有味。而墊底的薯蓉則較為普通,但也不失幼滑感。Roasted Monk Fish in Pancetta,Creamy Polenta and Chorizo Oil,$320。煙肉包著魚柳烤,點點鹹香滲入魚肉內,魚肉本身的鮮味雖沒有鱈魚那麼濃烈,但肉質相對地較為嫩滑。而玉米糕口感軟綿,跟薯蓉差不多,但味道比剛才的薯蓉更甜。Pan Fried Beef Filet,Parsnips Gratin and Morel Sauce,$280。牛柳切開後,肉質呈鮮嫩粉紅,中間還滲有點血水,吃下去肉質嫩滑,肉味濃郁,如表面再焦一點,除了多一分焦香外,微微脆口再加上鬆化口感就更為吸引。7hrs Braised Lamb Shank,Olive Oil and Rocket Salad Mash Potatoes,Thyme Jus,$235。羊腿份量比想像大,而以慢火燉煮了七小時後,肉質非常鮮嫩鬆化,入口有如於口中化開般,並帶出陣陣羊羶味。羊腿下香滑的薯蓉,除了帶點羊味,亦特別地混入火箭菜,微微甘甜。薯蓉份量頗為多,大家努力地吃都清不掉。

Sea Bream Filet,Encrusted in Salt,$230,整條鲷魚被鹽厚厚的鹽包著再焗,上桌後再敲破鹽層,再把魚起骨。魚肉比預料的還要稔身,帶點鹹香,魚汁甚豐富,個人不太同愛太稔的口感。Stuffed Chicken Breast with Garlic Mousse,Portobello Mushroom and His Jus,$220。雞胸肉肉質不算嫩滑,帶微微蒜香味,整體不太特別。相反那烤大蘑菇更吸引,蘑菇size不算很大,但菌香迷人,入口多汁,好吃。除了魚、牛、羊及雞,還有最精彩的原隻焗龍蝦,Whole grilled lobster served with garlic butter,$480。龍蝦開邊後再烤焗,陣陣蒜香牛油味傳出,香氣誘人。龍蝦肉鮮甜爽口,沒有烤得過熟而令肉質變得韌口,大家都吃得滿意。多款肉類的主菜,需要點蔬菜及澱粉,Vegetable Lasagna with Pine Nuts Veloute,$160。千層麵焗得軟稔,但沒有稔得爛開。層與層間夾著不同蔬菜如紅椒、黃椒等,蕃茄味濃郁,如再添加多點芝士味道更香更好。

八道主菜過後,其實已經有點飽,但還有一大輪的甜品攻勢,叫在場的女士們甚為躍,甜胃亦變了出來。Cream Brûlée with Bourbon Vanilla Pods,$75,焦糖表面燒得微微黃金,用銀匙輕輕的敲打,感到焦糖表面夠脆身,但不夠厚,而燉蛋滑溜,但味道較為甜一點。

Hot Chocolate Fondant Served with Hazelnut Ice cream,$80,看見我最愛的心太軟,心跳便加速,很興奮。把蛋糕輕輕的切開,濃稠的朱古力醬緩緩地流出,這種流心度挺吸引。香濃的朱古力味,甜度適中,多吃亦不覺膩。蛋糕表面卻焗得不夠脆身,但內裡濕潤,伴著冰凍的榛子味雪糕同吃,叫人吃得心動不已。

Chocolate and Coffee Cake Served with Crème Anglaise,$85,即是Opera。咖啡蛋糕夾著朱古力,咖啡味不太濃烈,朱古力味道較突出,把咖啡味也搶過了。但蛋糕口感夠濕潤,中間朱古力層更帶點黏口感,而面層那片薄薄的朱古力脆片挺好吃。整體來說,Opera的咖啡味應重一點較好。

Choux pastry stuffed with vanilla ice cream and topped with hot chocolate sauce,$70,三球小小的泡芙夾著冰凍的雲尼拿雪糕,淋滿了朱古力醬的球,視覺上已經非常吸引。但配上香滑甜美的雪糕及面層已凝結的朱古力,又香又甜,只是泡芙口感有點不夠鬆脆。Thin apple almond tart with vanilla ice cream and butterscotch sauce,$85,這法式蘋果批是Entourage Signature Dessert,所以新餐牌中仍會保留此款甜品。蘋果批外表焗得呈金黃色並帶點微焦,清甜蘋果肉片下鋪了一層薄薄的杏仁蓉,甜美動人。而薄薄的批底鬆脆可口,配上一球雪白的雲尼拿雪糕,冷熱於舌頭上交融,感覺太醉人,難怪會是一直也保留的甜品。Cannelé Bordelais Served with Vanilla Ice cream and Hot Chocolate Sauce,$70。Cannelé Bordelais賣相非常吸引,但 跟期待的有點不同,不是酥脆焦糖面內是口感鬆軟的那種,這個一整件都是又硬又脆,口感像硬曲奇般,叫人失望。Seasonal Fruit Salad Scented with Rhum,$65,糖浸過的菠羅片很甜,吃一片已經很足夠。而那球青檸雪葩較為吸引,酸酸的,一解之前的甜膩感。

這天,我們於Chef Table上分享了二十多款菜式,真的吃得很飽,很滿足,一連串的甜品更我們興奮得不停尖叫,一同品嚐甜品的感覺更令人開心。除了散點餐牌,Entourage平日也有午市套餐供應,三道菜人價錢為$148,價錢不太貴,實在值得再來試試。

假日最幸福的事就是能找一間舒適的餐廳,悠閒地吃個午餐,再四處閒逛,在蘇豪區這地方,就是能令人感到莫名的放鬆。相比Bouchon那邊,這裡環境是寬倘舒適得多的,枱與枱之間有著相當的距離,又可能位置不及那邊近便,這裡是比較清靜的。法包水準普通又不熱我們的頭盤分別是Leek Tart和焗蘇皮小龍蝦,先說批的份量相當大,一人完成的話只怕主菜也不用吃了,批主要由蛋和洋蔥製成,蛋沒有焗得乾老,充滿洋蔥味,是不錯但卻是令人相當飽滯的頭盤。另一伴的頭盤則是小龍蝦焗蘇皮盒,蘇皮牛油味濃郁又鬆脆,而龍蝦汁又十分香濃,加上爽口的小龍蝦,比我的頭盤更為吸引呢!主菜方面,我的焗魚柳賣相精緻,魚柳焗後仍是嫩滑有汁,配上底下芝味、忌廉和牛油味都極濃的忌廉芝士汁就更加美味誘人了!另一主菜由煮得軟腍的牛肉造成,惟我倆均吃不出那汁是由什麼造成,只覺得味道比較普通,無令人留下很深的印象。甜品方面我們只點了一個creme caramel,蛋味與焦糖味也是恰當的,也有點點的雲尼那子,是合格的。

假日最幸福的事就是能找一間舒適的餐廳,悠閒地吃個午餐,再四處閒逛,在蘇豪區這地方,就是能令人感到莫名的放鬆。

相比Bouchon那邊,這裡環境是寬倘舒適得多的,枱與枱之間有著相當的距離,又可能位置不及那邊近便,這裡是比較清靜的。

我們的頭盤分別是Leek Tart和焗蘇皮小龍蝦,先說批的份量相當大,一人完成的話只怕主菜也不用吃了,批主要由蛋和洋蔥製成,蛋沒有焗得乾老,充滿洋蔥味,是不錯但卻是令人相當飽滯的頭盤。

另一伴的頭盤則是小龍蝦焗蘇皮盒,蘇皮牛油味濃郁又鬆脆,而龍蝦汁又十分香濃,加上爽口的小龍蝦,比我的頭盤更為吸引呢!

主菜方面,我的焗魚柳賣相精緻,魚柳焗後仍是嫩滑有汁,配上底下芝味、忌廉和牛油味都極濃的忌廉芝士汁就更加美味誘人了!

另一主菜由煮得軟腍的牛肉造成,惟我倆均吃不出那汁是由什麼造成,只覺得味道比較普通,無令人留下很深的印象。

甜品方面我們只點了一個creme caramel,蛋味與焦糖味也是恰當的,也有點點的雲尼那子,是合格的。

這間就位於中環蘇豪區伊利近街玉葉甜品斜對面的 Entourage ,前陣子曾經慕名而至。也許因為是周末,再加上自己來到的時候尚早的關係,這外觀型格十分標緻的餐廳客人甚少,而即使到了最後埋單結帳的時候,店內的人客仍是十分稀疏,坐在這間環境不俗,裝潢陳設雅致的餐廳中用餐,那感覺是挺舒適的,可惜這天我們被安排坐到餐廳中靠近大街窗旁的座位,雖則可以看到對面樓房的景致,但離我們桌子不遠處,我卻可見到某些地方打掃得不夠乾淨,而且有些雜物擺放,可是有點兒煞風景,加上這兒侍應似乎不大夠,有時候在想找她們時未能即時找到,都或多或少地影響到自己對這餐廳的印象。這裡的午市套餐分三種價錢收費,一道菜每位 $98,兩道菜是 $128,如果三道菜的話,則要 $148。既然遠道而來,那當然是要最豐富的三道菜啦!這日的頭盤有四款可揀,我和太太分別要了較傳統的 Caesar Salad 和較特別的 Marinated Sardine, New Potato Salad with Cumin。先來的麵包質素尚可,但未算特別好吃。Caesar Salad 賣相不錯,翠綠的羅文生菜上整塊的煙肉與交錯成十字形的薄芝士片紅黃相映

先來的麵包質素尚可,但未算特別好吃。Caesar Salad 賣相不錯,翠綠的羅文生菜上整塊的煙肉與交錯成十字形的薄芝士片紅黃相映,在顏色方面頗能引起進食的意欲
。而在味道上,沙律醬下得不多夠,是較令自己感到不滿意的地方,不過整體而言,這凱撒沙律仍是及格的。

至於我的Marinated Sardine, New Potato Salad with Cumin,擺盤明顯花過心思,位於碟子中間下層的新薯調味不錯,十分開胃
。新薯上和均勻地放於碟子邊上的沙甸魚鹹鹹的味道同樣能有效地刺激味蕾,教人在嚐過頭盤之後更期待再去細味接著而來的沙律和甜品

Hake Fillet Meuniere, Pilaf Rice & Vegetable的狗鱈魚,魚皮煎得尚算香脆,但肉質未夠嫩滑,伴菜的大量綠色蔬菜也因為全是白烚的關係,所以味道甚淡,健康是健康的,不過就美味欠奉了

我的 Peach Melba 材料包括桃肉、雲尼拿雪糕,桑莓果醬和忌廉,加上作為點綴的餅乾,賣相漂亮
。面層厚厚的忌廉伴著中間的雲尼拿雪糕球,再加上下面的原個桃肉,相信甜魔們一定喜歡
。我雖不是甜魔,也吃得頗為愜意

當我把甜品也盡數消滅之後,餐飲隨即奉上。這兒的「凍檸茶」和「凍咖啡」都十分大杯,至於味道方面,以高級西餐廳來說,已是及格有餘了。

隨餐飲奉上的還有意料之外的數件甜點,當中的兩件椰蓉堆帶點中式餅點的影子,較為特別。另外兩件面上舖有糖粒或杏仁片的圓餅,味道也不錯

其實這裡的午市,除了這次所試的午市套餐外,還有價錢較為昂貴的 Executive Lunch 可選,不過兩道菜已要 $198 ,三道菜更要 $248 一位。當然,這既是行政午餐,在食材方面必定名貴一點,講究一點,但以一頓普通的午飯來說,我便只會選午市套餐而捨行政午餐了。

整體而言,這餐廳給我的印象是可以的,但要說它真的十分好,好得令自己豎起拇指大讚,我就不是那麼強烈覺得了。

縱然看過地圖,對餐廳位置一直沒有確實概念。原來很簡單,從大道中下了巴士一路上來,來到路口見到頗有名的兩間排檔,左「甜品」,右「麵家」,餐廳就在麵家後。地面是酒吧,午餐在二樓。Appetizer用上了Salami及Parma Ham等,各樣兩、三片,剛好用來提升胃口。主菜有Moroccan Style Lentils(摩洛哥式蘭度豆),從前未曾吃過,好奇驅使,棄熟悉的Pasta及Risotto等,取初見的蘭度。以為初次見面,原來正是平日吃印度菜常常吃到的,因為通常已做成茸狀,本身又帶獨特香味,一直誤以為是薯仔茸混入香料。原來就是蘭度豆。這次沒有完全煮成茸狀,多少仍然保留了豆粒的狀態,而香味依然,雖說差不多沒有加入其他配菜,但是已經足以叫我一啖一啖不停入口。與蘭度豆有緣,個多星期後,在另一場合吃到另一型態的,那又是另一個故事、另一篇食評。
