Lunch in Central and we decided to go for pizza at The Pizza Project. The place is quite big looking on the outside, but once inside, it actually wasn't big at all.During lunch time, they have a lunch menu. Menu in English only. There is no 10% service charge. They encourage tips. The lunch set includes an appetizer, pizza and drink for $98 or have one with dessert for $118. We decided to share and have only one set include the dessert.Boyfriend doesn't eat salad, so we added $25 for a burrata.

Boyfriend doesn't eat salad, so we added $25 for a burrata. This came with grilled eggplant and tomato. I loved the burrata as it was soft and fluffy.
The other appetizer is a bresaola with heapings of rocket lettuce and parmesan. The bresaola was savory. All went well with the lettuce and parmesan.
Then our pizzas arrived. This is the Nduja. A spicy sausage with melty fior di latte. My favorite. I loved the spicy sausage. The crust was thick and very crunchy. The tomato sauce balanced it all out.
The other pizza was the Salsiccia e Funghi. Which is basically Italian sausage and portobello mushrooms. This was ok and I did think the sausage was really good.
Dessert was a Pici Tiramisu. This was very custardy and a nice hint of booze within the espresso. Quite moorish though didn't really feel like an authentic tiramisu but still good enough.
The food was quite good though I felt the pizza crust was a bit too thick and crunchy. Service was fine and reasonably priced at lunch time.
