Haven’t had sushi in a while so we just had to try this incredible-looking sushi platter! Everything was fresh, beautifully put together and absolutely delicious!! Most impressed by their Akagai, so crisp and sweet! 🥩 Wagyu maitake mushroom roll和牛舞茸卷 HKD 168
💭 Perfect for an IG story moment as the waiter will sear the wagyu slices right before your eyes! Loved the crispy tempura maitake mushroom at the centre though the wagyu didn’t have much of a presence.

💭These were huge!! And the soft shell crab was definitely fresh out of the fryer as the roll was still steaming when served😂

💭This is the perfect pre-dinner snack! So crisp and flavourful! The baby mackerels were super fresh too!
