I went there with a friend last week for lunch. This restaurant has not lived up to the agnes b brand name.1. Food was disappointing. The snails were not fresh and cod fish was tasteless. 2. The restaurant was PACKED WITH TABLES. We were sitting right next to a table of Chinese businessmen and ended up learning Mandarin for 1.5 hr. Noise level was comparable to that in a wet market.3. There was COFFEE STAIN on my tea cup. And mind you, you can sell coffee stain in agnes b for ~$50.
