• The signature 鸡油花雕蒸马友 had a very overpowering alcohol taste that I can’t really taste the sweetness of the fish.
• 姜葱焗肉蟹煎肠粉. It has a very good aroma and sizzling sound when the clay pot was presented to the table. However, I was hoping for the 肠粉 to be slightly crispy but it wasn’t. It is just the typical type. The crab wasn’t too fresh either (I saw one of the staff showing the raw crab to the boss and asked her what to do 😨)
• 虾多士. The best version that I have ever had. The shrimp paste was so thick and bouncy which hugely contrasts with the thin crispy toast. So good!
• 焗少爷猪扒饭配煎蛋. Huge portion that is for 6-7 people. A thick layer of fried pork chop and loads of sauces and cheese. It’s an ingredient loaded version but nothing too memorable about it. The fried eggs with runny yolks are indeed good compliments to the fried rice.
Overall, the dishes are ok with a few hits and misses. The only dish that I can rave about is the prawn toast.
Price: HK$500 pp
