Advancement of PastryI receive a box of two Queen Sophie’s pastry as gift from my colleague.I picked and tried the original flavor first.In a doughnut shape, I first expected a bread like softness for my first bite. It could get a little bit oily because of the deep fry. It taste super nice.

I ate the second puff pastry donuts with berry glaze after leaving it overnight. To my surprise, it didn’t go flat or soft and stay crunchy and flaky. Next time I may try putting it in oven to get the freshly baked style.
