📍Porker Porker is hands down the best tonkatsu place in Hong Kong! Their Porker set with aged pork sirloin and tenderloin are fried to perfection. Their seafood set is actually quite good as well and is a good alternative for non-meat eaters. Remember to add curry sauce on the side to go with the Japanese rice. The fresh chopped cabbage removes the grease of the tonkatsu. 2 sauces available, Yazhi and sesame, on top of the normal tonkatsu sauce. Their fried oysters are amazing too! Recommendatio
