Super cozy Italian homemade pasta restaurant located in Happy Valley. We have booked through whatsapp 2 weeks in advance making sure we got out seats as the location is not super convenient and quite far from mtr station, so better make reservation beforehand as most of the tables are reserved. The milky, silky-smooth burrata cheese combined with lemon juice vinaigrette, the sauce perfectly balanced out the heaviness of cheese, and elevate the taste with the tanginess of lemon juice. Love the very strong milky taste of the burrata cheese which you cannot find elsewhere.
For pasta, we have chosen Malloreddus melanzana & Homemade Scialatielli Italian.
Malloreddus melanzana - their Malloreddus texture is super chewy, similar to gnocchi that made with mashed potato, but chewier, not as mushy as gnocchi, which i personally love the texture of Malloreddus more.
Homemade Scialatielli Italian - Scialatielli pasta looks alike udon noodle, they have matched with Italian sausage, pecorino cheese & black pepper. I personally love the strong goat cheese taste from pecorino cheese which is quite unique and different from the parmesan cheese that we normally have.
