Fu Yee Noodles is one of my favourite lunch spot in Kownloon Bay. They offer the BEST beef brisket dishes nearby the area. Fu Yee Noodles are always packed during the afternoon, lines appears early and everyone craves for their beef brisket dishes. This is actually the first time I sit in the Cha Chaan Teng for lunch. This is actually the first time I sit in the Cha Chaan Teng for lunch. The place was small so tables are aligned right next to each other. Expect to sit with random people in your table.I usually order Beef Shank with Rice, but I suddenly crave for a broth base and hence ordered Beef Brisket with rice in Broth. (切腩汤饭). I was elated to see there are seaweeds with the dish! The broth was very savoury, beef brisket was flavourful, tender with suitable amount of fatness. Yell for more!
