And second one we ordered baked crab butter rice, the crab butter is so fresh and creamy, and the rice is a claypot rice, the texture is like a mixture of soft and hard, it was so surprise! And this is winter special, so please check before you be there.

Because we go there for celebration the new year, so we also order some lucky meaning dish, like this one is call 发财瑶柱甫, it’s scallop with nostoc mixed Oyster sauce, the chef make it not too salty but also can put the umami from the ingredients

Nowadays roast goose you can’t easy to find in Hong Kong, but finally can see the whole goose in this restaurant, the staff said they used the orange sauce to pickled all night long, and dry it 7 days, before serving the chef take out extra fat and skin, and used the home made sauce to enrich the dishes
