This lovely restaurant located in Sai Wan (Sai Ying Pun). One of the hardest place to book in HK. It’s 10000% worth the hype coz everything was so amazing in here!Can’t get this quality with the price elsewhere I can’t use words to describe how good this chicken rice is 🤤🤤🤤🤤Roasted local chicken with pilaf rice ($800): Yummiest chicken rice or even one of the best dish I’ve ever had in my life 😂😂 Chicken was perfectly roasted with crispy skin and juicy & tender inside. Rice was similar as hainan

Roasted local chicken with pilaf rice ($800): Yummiest chicken rice or even one of the best dish I’ve ever had in my life 😂😂 Chicken was perfectly roasted with crispy skin and juicy & tender inside. Rice was similar as hainanese chicken rice- very flavourful. Lucky that we requested extra rice 🤣
Apart from the amazing food, another highlight in here is that the wine is offered at RETAIL PRICE‼️ This would definitely be my reason to revisit for countless times.
Roasted Quail ($480)- perfectly cooked, the meat was so tender, the chef presented this dish in two layers with toppings, mixture of different textures👍
Beef tartare Cannelloni ($190)- beef tartare filled in the crispy“ biscuit”

Tomato Tart w/ burrata- my favourite starter!! Not a fan of tomato or even tart but this is really good🥰 💯 for the tart base

Madeleines ($120) - served warm! So far one of the best I had
