🎉 Appetiser: Custard with uni and caviar. An amazing combo of flavours and textures dominating your taste buds!
🍣 Sashimi & Nigiri: Soy marinated akemi, chutoro, ark shell, righ eye flounder, sea bream, scallop, tuna tendon. Amazingly fresh. And I particularly enjoyed their rice. Just the right amount of vinegar!
🦀 Steamed Crab: Fresh and juicy hairy crab steamed with home made crab vinegar
✨ Uni Wrap: An umami bomb! Fresh sea urchin wrapped in crispy seaweed!
🍮 Egg Custard: Velvety smooth and deliciously flavoured with the seasonal hairy crab!
