返咗成个礼拜工，星期日都晨咁早起身上山顶食早餐真系一大挑战😠💪🏻 去之前我喺度谂，究竟喺山顶嘅印度菜同重庆大厦嘅印度菜可以有咩大分别？试完就觉得好大惊喜！Rifles主打英式印度菜，同我想像中嘅印度有啲唔一样，除咗有印度嘅香料同薄饼，亦有混入英国早餐嘅元素，好特别🇮🇳🇬🇧📌Bhurjee Pau ($138) 其实佢系milk bun内夹住啲炒蛋，同英国嘅早餐好似。不过炒蛋就唔系滑蛋，而系炒到全熟嘅蛋碎，再加入印度嘅香料。Milk bun好香牛奶味同软熟，眨吓眼就食晒😂📌Rifle Roll w/ sausage ($168) 印度嘅烤饼naan夹住一条白肠，配有青酱同埋蕃茄酱。虽然睇落平平无奇，但系味道都唔错。白肠煎得好香，配埋薄饼一齐摆入口完全唔会觉得油腻。-----------🇬🇧🇮🇳Rajasthan Rifles is an Anglo-Indian restaurant based on the concept of the Mess Hall, where military personnel went toget

📌BHURJEE It is a three-egg masala scramble, piled up on milk buns and served with masala-roasted tomato. The milk bun is so soft and fluffy while the eggs are indeed eggcellent! 🍳
📌RIFLES ROLLS w/ sausages is a tandoor-baked naan with spicy cheese, filled Sausage and crushed peppercorns. Not too oily, but refreshing & filling! 🌮
Arrived on a Sunday morning, the vibe in the restaurant is so chill and relaxing. Staffs are so friendly and nice. Definitely worth coming to visitσ`∀´)σ👍🏻
