Authentic Cheese!

It is hard to find some authentic cheese in Hong Kong restaurant, since most of the Hong Kong people are not a big fan of cheese. I spoke to my friend and told her that I miss the cheese in America so bad. Then, she told me she knew one Italian restaurant is quite authentic and they offer authentic cheese. That is why I got a chance to remind me how the real cheese taste like. The location of the restaurant is really convenient; we got out from Causeway Bay exit A and walked around 5mins. It was

 The atmosphere is like normal relaxing European style and there are some import European food & beverage in the showcase fridge.

 For the drink, I ordered Jasmine Tea since I think it would reduce the greasy and mediate the heavy feeling of the cheese. However, the tea was with the small teapot, I feel the portion is kinda small. And they used the tea bag for it, um.. it was kinda light. There is a room to improve it.
Prosciutto, Scallop(Japan) with Caponata Sauce

 We ordered 2 starters, which were Prosciutto, Scallop(Japan) with Caponata Sauce and Caesar salad. The former one was quite salty and the sauce covered the original taste of Parma Ham. However, the texture of Scallop is so soft. I like it a lot.

 The Latter one is the feature dish of the restaurant, I like it offers the whole lettuce, so it could stay fresh and the staff will cut it in front of you and shredded some cheese on it. Everything is fresh, I have to give a thumb up to the restaurant, keep it up!

 Since my friend and I won’t eat a lot, so we just ordered one pizza with 2 toppings, which were smoky salmon and 4 types of cheese which were Blue Cheese, Grana Padana, Mozzarella and Cottage Cheese. This came with Honey, it was fresh to me that pizza adding some honey on it. It was unexpectedly combined it well.

Overall, If you are big fan of cheese and pizza, this place would be a great place for you. It is worthwhile to try it.
