This is one of their most famous picks. ✨ I also chose the Braised Beef Bone Broth as the soup base and I think the beef quality is quite high! 😋 They basically dissolve in your mouth after cooking for around 10 seconds! 🥺 The broth further enhance the beef taste of the meat as well! 💪
🥩 Angus Beef Short Ribs Set 🥩Another beef choice I would recommend is the Angus beef! I chose the Stir-fried Sakura Shrimp 🦐 Pot as it looks very tempting! 🤤 The pot was first fried with some ginger, 🫚 garlic 🧄 and herbs 🌿 to create a very flavorful taste! The taste was then transferred to the food, which tastes even better than just soaking the food in the broth! 😆
As for their snacks, I ordered the Nostalgic Salt Crispy Chicken 🐓 and the Handmade Truffle Seafood Balls. ⚪️ I love the chicken since it is very crispy 😄 but I personally would love the balls more if the truffle taste is heavier. 😚
We also ordered the Hantian Jade Lemon 🍋 and the Apple Cider Vinegar QQ Ice Tea. ☕️ Both drinks are perfect for cooling down your throat when having a hotpot! 🥵
