The pumpkin full-bodied chicken broth was rich and it's not simply the Campbells-soup-styled creamy, but you can taste the chicken broth flavor blending well with the pumpkin. But if you look for a bit freshness in between, a small dish of sour-cream was served that you may add into the soup.

The toppings included deep fried pumpkin slices👍🏽/ big chunk of steamed pumpkin/ pork chashu👍🏽/ mushrooms and of course their signature burdock root chips👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽. All ingredients were cooked to the optimal textures which added layers to this ramen. Personally love pork chashu that it was tender like the chicken chashu in their regular menu, and full of the fatty umami from pork ribs. Would definitely wanna have this again next year!
