I visited SB because of the good reviews on Open Rice. The restaurant gave a good vibe- the ambience was very casual and welcoming. I liked the decor. I ordered the set lunch. The appetizer was rather disappointing- soup tasted like it came from a can. The mixed greens was ok (you can't go very wrong with raw veg). I am a truffle lover and thus the ham ravioli in truffle cream sauce was a natural choice for me. The presentation was average but the taste was quite disappointing- a very lack luste

I am a truffle lover and thus the ham ravioli in truffle cream sauce was a natural choice for me. The presentation was average but the taste was quite disappointing- a very lack luster dish. Although I have to say that the ravioli was cooked to al dente, I couldn't really make out the filling (tasted like minced something, not sure if that's even meat or ham). The truffle smell and taste was also very weak.
Not all is lost- at least the service staff was nice and friendly. If you're not too fussy about food, just want something to fill your stomach, SB is definitely a nice place to go.
(Note: I've only been there once and thus, my mediocre experience might be biased. A fair review requires a few visit.)
