Avocado Toast, but so worth it! 😍

Had a lovely lunch at APT. Coffee, seating is limited (esp during the pandemic) and half the seating is outdoors so it's quite hot in the summer. After an iced drink and lots of water, it was much better.  For the toast I chose: 3 toppings of poached egg, tomato+feta and avocado (+$15) on sourdough bread, and a spread of beetroot hummus. This here, is probably one of the more affordable or at least, best value for money avocado toast in HK! There was probably a whole avocado between the 2 toasts, I liked that they prepared it 2 ways -- smashed and sliced. There were also 2 eggs and a good serving of tomatoes, definitely worth the price! I also liked the sourdough too. If anything, nothing came seasoned so I had to add salt&pepper to the dish myself. I was STUFFED after eating this 😛

 My friend chose scrambled egg, tomatoes and spinach as her toppings, fig & walnut bread and lemon cream cheese spread. She said this was still really good and really filling as well! The scrambled eggs were fluffy and cooked nicely.  But again, nothing really came seasoned so you'll need to add your own salt.

 I will never understand why coffee is always less expensive than all the other drinks, but I heard the Chai Latte was good here so I wanted to give it a go. It's got a really good Chai flavour, but didn't realise it was served sweet/ Would definitely get again, but personally it didn't need the sweetness
