Went there for a solo with my boyfriend who had just came back to Hong Kong. Walk-in at 9pm on a Tuesday. Food of the restaurant is very nice. We both got a 5-course dinner. The goose liver as a starter is highly recommended where the liver goes extremely well with orange and berries. Getting the taste of refreshing orange and nuts makes the goose liver not as heavy as expected. I will definitely give it a 9 out of 10 marks. One of the best goose liver done in Hong Kong. Soup of the day was surprisingly good as not only the texture and the smoothness of the soup itself, but also the octopus goes very well with it. The tomatoes and small pieces of carrots pops in my mouth and I will never forget this feeling. 9 out of 10.
I have chosen the Spanish free range chicken with prawns as my main. Unexpectedly the chicken was in a very great texture which it was just smooth and not like other restaurants that got it overdone. Prawns was very fresh and the sauce was just a good match. 8.5 out of 10.
Crispy Chocolate caramel as dessert was the best choice ever. Not too sweet, not bitter at all, just hits the right sweetness and once again, very smooth. 8.5 out of 10.
The service of the restaurant was awesome too! The manager even gives me some extra honey that gets along with the peppermint tea very well because he heard that my voice is half broken after a few sleepless nights. Very caring. Highly recommended to foodies and people who expects close to perfect dinning experience.
