Time flies and I haven't written an OpenRice review in 4 years! The food served by this restaurant was so good that I have decided to write a review about it. FoodOyster (around HK$50-70 each)Given the name of this restaurant, it seems that ordering oysters is a must. The oysters were not listed in the menu. We ordered 2 oysters from France and 2 from South Africa as per their recommendation. All the oysters were very fresh and juicy.
The restaurant provided lots of fresh lemons and 3 different sauces. As the oysters were fresh, they were good whether we dipped the sauces or not.

The chef's presentation was really elegant- Plenty of salmon roe (and cheese I supposed?) was wrapped by the petal-like smoked salmon. I personally love each of the components of the dish; however, when all were combined, the flavour was a bit too intense and hence the dish was quite heavy despite the thin slice of cucumber and the lime provided. Also, I think this dish was slightly overpriced.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! This was one of the BEST pork chops that I have ever had in my life! The cross section of the pork chop was pink, and the sides were beautifully charred. The juicy bits of fat at the sides almost melted in my mouth. The pork chop was very tender, succulent and palatable. The fresh apple sauce (served in the white bowl behind) was refreshing and not too sweet- the combination with the pork chop was perfect and helped to reduce the oiliness. The baked potato with sour cream (seemed to be homemade) was awesome too and it truly exceeded my expectations.

Environment and service
They gave us a sofa seat with a high seat back, giving us some degree of privacy. Although we sat at a corner seat, we were not forgotten by the waiters as they often walked around to our table.
I appreciate their thoughtfulness of giving us a tea pot when we said we would like some hot water.
Menu
They didn't have dinner set, so we could only order a la carte.
Overall remarks
The ingredients were of high quality. The main courses were delicious and worth the price. The service was not bad too. You have to walk a bit from the MTR though. I would definitely be back again
