Super bad experience and bad service:1) Tempura & hot udon served first, 6 pc sushi come after a minute. Both hot and cold dish on the table, what should I eat first? Why rushing? Management please coach your team how to control the time of serving hot & cold dish to customers. 2) Raw salmon and Raw scallop sushi with black dots (looks like small dots of seaweed on the salmon, scallop) Management please teach your sushi chef to keep their hands clean before touching the sushi not to leave seawee
1) Tempura & hot udon served first, 6 pc sushi come after a minute. Both hot and cold dish on the table, what should I eat first? Why rushing? Management please coach your team how to control the time of serving hot & cold dish to customers.
2) Raw salmon and Raw scallop sushi with black dots (looks like small dots of seaweed on the salmon, scallop) Management please teach your sushi chef to keep their hands clean before touching the sushi not to leave seaweed or whatever the black dot residue is on the sushi.
3) Middle age waitress was super rude, walking back and forth many times not aware the surroundings, kicking other customers chairs when walk by. Interrupted our conversation all the time without saying ANY “excuse me may I clear your bowl etc”. When my friend done eating and i’m still eating my udon, interrupted our conversation and turned her face to my friend and said quietly that her dessert will come AFTER she (pointing at me while i’m holding my chopsticks in the air looking at her) is done her meal. That is ridiculous and rude. Management please provide more training to your team about customer service and manners.
4) Same middle age waitress as I mentioned above, After walking pass many times finally kicked the lady’s bag and dropped on the floor behind our table, the lady customer said her laptop inside the bag that the waitress dropped. Overheard the waitress was arguing with the lady customer she should not put her bag hanging at the back, arguing that if she walked by behind her will kick her bag off the floor. The waitress thinks because of how the customer left her bag hanging which made her kick it?! Waitress did not think that was her fault and did not give out a sincere apology that she dropped the lady’s laptop. I’m sure she also kicked that lady’s chair alot. Management should train your team be aware and caution when walking behind customers.
5) When I stand up trying to leave, the young waiter behind me try to run me over with a tray of glass es and dishes. Are all your staff new? Why are they running around in the dining room without noticing customers around them? Where are the safety training?
I would not recommend you to go here if 1) the staff try to bring out every food you ordered at the same time without proper sequence; 2) Black dots on raw salmon and raw scallop sushi; 3) rude to customers; 4) running around on the floor damaging customers belongings and did not apologise; 5) Try running customer over and potentially hurting customers with a full tray of glasses. One day the restaurant will suffer from the consequences. Management please train your team for a better customer service.
