I went there in the morning and purchased a takeout. Asking the lady if she can give me an extra bag of soy sauce and she said no and asked me for $2 a bag which usually the other staff would just give it to you. She continued to mumble and said because I only ordered 5 pieces, i didn’t need an extra bag. Totally neglect customer request 😅Question: Since the bags of soy sauce were originally free for grab, does it make sense to risk losing a loyal customer for a bag of soy sauce? I am interested
