I went to ‘Sift’ with 2 friends on last Tuesday or Monday ,well cant exactly remember the date.Having heard of the shop is opened by graduate of top restaurant ,we placed high expectation on the foodWe ordered three cups of coffee, one Strawberry Pavlova ,one Mango and Coconut and one chocolate cake. We could taste how high quality the ingredients are, however, the turning process sucks. It is like child cooking in the kitchen and we can make it out if we got the ingredients. It doesn’t worth $1

Apart from the food , the services suck.
We sat in front of the open kitchen , and the little cooks should know they are being monitored all the time and they should behave like what they should . From our observation, one of them (short dark-golden hair?, Actually her hair is rather untidy and we found it rather disgusting, a feeling of unhygienic ) keeps looking at her mobile and texting ! it didn’t feel like she is working ,or at least this should not happen in a shop which costs customers $100per dish .I would accept it if I go to MacDonald
By the way, the decoration here is nice,cosy place to chill out
