🍴Drunk chicken: soaked well in shaoxing wine. Eaten cold, perfect for hot weather.
🍴string beans with minced pork: My all time fav, hot and flavorful
🍴Honeycomb beef tripes: marinated well, decent bites not too chewy
🍴Veggie bun: ok, good amount of filling
🍴Siu mai ($89 for 6 pieces). Quite interesting but not my cup of tea. Almost like a xiaolongbao with a shrimp on top and a shrimp inside. I didnt like the taste of it. The skin was a bit too thick and it was more fatty with filling. thought I would try it once only.
🍴Noodle with chicken soup. I like the double boiled chicken soup. Clean broth and flavorful but the chicken were dry from long boiling. Probably not nicest texture to eat them. Noodles were fine though.
Starters are small in portion and slightly pricey. Will go back every now and then for my bao craving
