“牡蛎白汤 Koeru” First of all it simply looks delicious, at the first sip, a super intense oyster flavour, the second sip, richness from chicken & pork in the broth. Very lovely. The noodles was a little flat-shaped grasping the soup nicely. Slow-cooked yet thick-sliced charsiu was one of the best. “牡蛎沾面 Asobu” A even richer oyster and pork flavour with saltiness in this dipping sauce, mixed with diced charsiu & bamboo shoots. A even richer oyster and pork flavour with saltiness in this dipping sauce, mixed with diced charsiu & bamboo shoots.
The interesting part was the noodles here, it’s almost like pappardelle but with a even thinner thickness, which the sauce would basically blend with the “pasta”. Amazing idea.
