This is by far my new favorite restaurant for ramen. The food is super fresh and delicious. The ramen has great texture and the broth is full of flavor. The Tonkatsu Shoyu ramen was perfectly balanced and has the traditional Japanese flavor. This is becoming my daily lunch routine. The only downside is that the owners won't let me live there.
