I finally found it!! I love sweet and sour pork and has been on a quest to find the best in HK. A lot of places either can't get their sauce right or get the pork right. The pork here is perfectly cooked with the outside being crispy while the inside is still succulent. The sauce is sticky and when you take one with your chopsticks, long strings of the sauce will form, hence their dish name. The cooking methodology to get the stringy appearance is to cook sugar to the right texture and quickly mixing the already fried food, resulting in a flavor that is just the right balance between sweet and sour.

I have been here several times for lunch and dinner, and the overall quality of the food is high. It can be empty during lunch time so it's great choice to avoid the weekend rush.
