Beware, extra charge of $28 @ for bread

This restaurant is overcharged as minimum price is $328 +10% for an ordinary lunch. Even though there is an all-you-can eat antipasti table, I could see a fly going around. It is not a full buffet. The only plus sign is the skin on the salmon steak is crispy but the taste is not wow. However, I could hardly imagine there is an extra charge  of  $28 per person for  bread in a basket which is not even fresh. If there is extra costs, the menu or waiter should alert the guests. However, I could hardly imagine there is an extra charge  of  $28 per person for  bread in a basket which is not even fresh. If there is extra costs, the menu or waiter should alert the guests. This makes a Friday lunch costs more than $400 per person. I can opt for far fine dine lunch at a fancy restaurant. Everyone got a $100 discount coupon for over 500 on the next meal, but the extra $28 has defeated all the good faith which for sure no next time.
