I’ve been to Doubleshot for a few times and the experience was good but my most recent experience was just awful. I went in and asked nicely if there are seats with electric sockets, so I could work with my computer for a while. The waiter was immediately impatient and said there wasn’t any, in which I sat by the electric socket for the last few times. The waiter was immediately impatient and said there wasn’t any, in which I sat by the electric socket for the last few times.
So I told him about that, implying that I wonder if there are any other seats. And he immediately bursted out rudely and blabber “don’t you see there’s someone sitting by?”
I was just asking politely the whole time but I was just treated rudely with no reason. I don’t think it’s reasonable for me to tolerate this attitude anymore that I had to walk out.
Maybe he was having a bad day but this is just straight out unprofessional. I hope there would be more training provided to their employees on how to deal with customers.
