Silver needle noodles are one of my favourite noodles and Malacca is totally capable of making them in the style I like. I couldn’t vouch more for the Penang Silver Needle Noodles ($88) and in the past, they only offered smaller portions but surprisingly this time they offered me a big portion and I was ecstatic when I saw the large amount of dried fish, minced meat and peanuts on top. The sauce was palatable and I have no idea what they used to make it. Remember to stir everything before eating

The sauce was palatable and I have no idea what they used to make it. Remember to stir everything before eating cause the taste is more thorough that way. The Kaya Toast ($28) I have previously tried before and it only got better! The layer of butter with the rightly toasted bread was them a great combination though the Pandan flavour could be stronger. They also considerately cut open the corner of the box so that the toast wouldn’t go soft while it was being delivered. The Southeast Asia White Coffee ($24) was great and the caffeine content can help power you throughout the day, I can see why this coffee has created a big name for itself in Southeast Asia.
