Recently realised I live proximally at the cross section of two North Viet Pho, how handy! In the wake of this, today I decided to get moving to the one I have never visited after having stayed indoors for a day for some light exercise. I went for a walk to find something delectable but not too loaded for dinner. I almost forgot besides vermicelli, they also have salads on offer at 10% off with every takeaway order. I got the green papaya and chicken salad for $69 and the wait took fewer than 10 minutes. The staff carefully checked the order before passing it unto me, smooth customer service all and all. I appreciated the look of the salad a lot, also, it was tart but not too pungent, crispy but not too overbearing - completely fitting with my palette. I was also chuffed with the portion given, the colourful and satisfying variety rendered me giving it a big thumbs up!
