适逢12月满满嘅节日气氛,于是决定嚟食餐正正嘅,拣咗环境气氛都好到位嘅Bochord - French Fine Dining,精致嘅餐点,出色嘅live band,连埋一流嘅海景,简直系愉悦咗眼睛同舌头🤭同埋啱晒庆祝节日或者系生日,当日就已经有枱系庆祝生日🎁我哋拣咗个tasting Menu,超开心又够满足😌Seafood Trio卖相好有亮点,大圆球入边深藏玄机,包咗三道dishes,个人最钟意个Spanish octopus carpaccio,食落烟靭,又够鲜味,啱晒啲海鲜迷🥰Scottish King Razor Clam & King Crab一上枱就喷晒烟,劲靓劲有仪式咁,食落好重海鲜味,而且配埋啲crab meat,满足感爆棚😋Italian Zucchini Flower & Iberico Ham余香水月满满,咸咸香香好醒胃,然后个鸭肉炸球都好有starchy ,但又食到鸭肉丝,配埋鹅肝foam好正🤩Bouillabaisse系咁多道入边最钟意嘅,啲蚬超大只,非常肥美,啖啖都爆晒汁,龙虾汁好浓稠,带出啲蚬嘅鲜味,食到舔晒脷😋French Morel & Fish M

Charcoal Grilled French Pigeon系我嘅first attempt,成个味道好特别,pigeon leg原只髀竹炭烟熏过,香气十足,而且五成熟嘅肉质最滑嫩,唔讲都唔知自己食紧pigeon leg ☺️
Charcoal Grilled As Miyazakigyu Beef油香十足,油脂咁得来又唔会过分,而且非常有牛味,啱晒我呢啲牛魔王😊
Japanese Yuzu Mousse Cake入口即溶,而且甜度控制得啱啱好,柚子味香气突出,摆盘靓靓,啱晒我哋打卡❤️难得嚟食餐正嘅冇理由唔叫杯Cocktail,Tge Whisky Still酒味比较重,而且whisky 嘅味好突出,但饮落又唔会好难入口,几值得试试🥳
