Being a frequent customer of Vivo for over one and a half year, I am not going to make any comment on the food as I am always satisfied with the Chef's whole-hearted devotion in preparing his favourite dishes.However, the booking system has gone utterly wrong for the past few months. Many a time, I was repeated answered by a recording message (recorded by the previous manager!!) which requested customer to leave a message. However, the booking system has gone utterly wrong for the past few months. Many a time, I was repeated answered by a recording message (recorded by the previous manager!!) which requested customer to leave a message. That's fine; but the problem was Vivo almost always NEVER answered back to acknowledge and confirm the status though strongly requested.
For a couple of times, after I had left the message for booking, I arrived to find out that I was not on the booking list. They're indeed testing my patience!
Friends I recommended to patronise Vivo had also experienced similar problems. Some just got fed-up and quitted.
Before irreversible damage is done, this got to be fixed urgently!!
