My personal favorite is the tomato sauce, which perfectly balances the flavors and textures.
The mussels themselves are fresh and tender, perfectly cooked to bring out their delicate sea water flavor. The all-you-can-eat fries served as a side are a perfect complement to the mussels, hot and crispy on the outside and paired with a deliciously creamy mayo and ketchup.
To conclude the feast, we tried the souffle pancake for dessert. The pancake was impressively fluffy with a strong egg flavor, and the custard cream and fresh fruits on the side provided a perfect balance of sweetness and tartness. It was a satisfying end to the meal.
