Child friendly with child menu and play area. Service was average - very slow and a couple of the wait staff seemed to be inconvenienced when asked for things (like drinks). Meals took over an HOUR to arrive, including kids meals. Wide variety on menu and open space make the venue welcoming. Food was cooked OK - had a steak cooked blue but took too long to come and we were left feeling ripped off by the price of the meal, which was nothing 'spectacular'. Oysters were ok. Pizza was ok, but again

Menu does not reflect actual items. The ice cream is NOT New Zealand Ice Cream. Thankfully I asked before ordering and the waiter reluctantly told me the truth.
As a resident of Hong Kong I am embarrassed by what tourists must think of this place as it seems you pay for the location more than anything else.
