Blueberry custard tart ($18) : There was a layer of sponge cake on a buttery cookie crust which had a chocolate coating. The toppings were about 3mm height of smooth cream and six pieces of fresh blueberries with blueberry jam which is sweet and a bit sour. The blueberry taste would be more natural if the jam was more sour and less sweet. There was chocolate flavor when eating alone the crust with the chocolate coating. Sesame Hokkaido roll cake ($14): There was cream at the centre and on the top of the roll cake. The cake was soft and fine in texture. The cream was milky and silky smooth and so it was more attractive than the not strong enough sesame flavor.
Hazelnut Puff ($17) was I like most. A long rectangular brown cake had two layers of pastries and coffee flavour sponge cakes respectively with toppings of fresh hazelnut. It gave multi sensation of crunchy hazelnut, fluffy sponge cake and brittle pastry in a single bite. Hazelnut flavour with coffee flavored cake was a good match though not strong for this puff.
