Let's talk the food here! I personally believe simple food actually requires more powerful culinary skills. Look at this golden yellow chuck of sweet corn! The combination of sweetness and butteriness can definitely kill sweet corn lovers!
Other than that, deep-fried snacks are the next main characters you should be locking! All deep-fried are hot and crispy when served. I believe they are made upon order! For gals like us, no worry, they are not oily at all. So, go ahead!
Among those, the deep-fried oysters earn a thumb-up for sure. Can you image you can still taste the freshness and sweetness of the oysters it selves?
Frankly speaking, the spring roll like stuff is kinda weird and the crumb layers of those deep-fried cheese balls are far too thick! Other that these, all perfecto!
Another thumb-up item is the Japanese skewers! They are well-cooked. Matched with flavourful BBQ sauce, the chicken skewers are one of the must-try item!
