What’s the chemistry between an interior design house and a coffee shop? “Feel So Good Lifestyle Store” and “Unar Coffee Company” in Tai Hang is an exemplar of such a mix. Unlike “Common Ground” that shares common space with its partnered design company, Unar Coffee is physically isolated from Feel So Good with different point of access.
Having only a couple of seats for dine-in customers, coffee lovers do not mind sipping their cup by the exterior along the street. Unar Coffee had tailored made a shelf box that rested perfectly on a railing just outside its window opening for customer to place their drinks on the pavement.
Unar Coffee uses coffee beans from Barbera in the South of Italy where it is the land of espresso. If you like the roast, you can buy a pack from them. They also a) Flat White ($35)
b) Mint Shakerato ($40) – 8/10
I like their shakerato with a rich foam on top of the double shot espresso, however, the mint syrup didn’t work very well with the coffee.04.2013
