The oyster in creamy champagne and chicken broth as well as Beef Tartare are also must-try items. For the mains, the Picanha, a slow roasted beef rump cap, is also a good choice. As you should also save your tummy for the caviar-topped soft serve ice cream that comes with champagne jelly in the bottom of the cone.
