Hokkaido Scallop & Mentaiko Spaghetti with Salmon Roe
This is my favourite dish of the night! The sauce is really special, is a good balance of Mentaiko and cream, also the pepper taste kicks in at the end. The seared scallops are cooked well, with crispy skin and soft in the middle, matched really well with the salmon roe. Overall, really recommend this dish.

Tiramisu
The tiramisu let me down a bit, I find it quite lack of coffee flavour, and the middle is quite soggy. However, the cream is quite nice, is flavourful with nice texture.

Lastly, the apple peach ice tea is a good mix of apple and peach flavour, the sweetness complemented the tea.
