As a chocolate lover, I can't resist the temptation of trying this cake heavily covered with dark chocolate gananche! The Taikoo branch of Blask As Chocolate is at the corner of the newly opened Eslite book store. The cake was nicely packed in a black box with different colours of ribbons that you can choose from. I chose the chocolate banana cake with a swirl of caramel sauce on top. The chocolate ganache tasted really rich but not overly sweet. The chocolate cake was spongey and moist which went really well with the banana puree. Overall, the texture and taste balanced out really well.
