After she described them both, I decided to try "Train to Busan" So I didn't change into a zombie after drinking the "Train to Busan" though it certainly had a kick to it.
Actually, the "Tomato" is not really a Tomato but a soup in disguise and it was really refreshing as the starter.
The saltiness of the caviar and the sweet radish balanced each other really well. So here comes the Crystal Bowl Salad. It looks stunning but what was more surprising was Chef Choy came to introduce his masterpiece and helped me crack the crystal.
I can't believe there was that many vegetables in it. The "crystal" was not just for decoration, the sugar complemented the fresh red snapper and the salad.
The sea urchin was fresh of course and the pasta was perfectly cooked.
The beef was served in a box full of pine and when they opened it, it was really fragrant, smelling like Christmas. The plate was hot when they served the meat on plate so it won't get gold. It was tender and well seasoned.
Chef Choy came again to serve the dessert. It was resembling a farm and the chocolate in the middle represents a melon that's grown in Korea. It was so pretty I almost didn't want to ruin it by eating it. Almost
