But I guess Miam Bakery has improved their recipe, or maybe staying overnight allowed the bun to soak up more moisture in the air, this cinnamon I got made a great breakfast on the day after I bought it. It was dense (and stayed as a whole piece), and the strong cinnamon flavor was so enjoyable! Absolutely lovely!
Beware of the thin aluminum foil at the bottom though, it’s so thin and sharp that it cut my lower lip…
