It has been a long time since I last visited Gaddis. When I was invited for lunch, I was quite excited.As expected, everything was beautiful. The bread selection was delicious. I had baguette and sour dough bread. Of course the butter was super delicious ! The first course was French lake planted oysters, green apples, thick cream, Java pepper …. For dessert, I ordered 66 percent Caribbean dark chocolate, cocoa cake, soaked fresh mint, crisp beads.
Every dish was yummy. The duck breast was probably the best duck breast I had in Hong Kong !
Classic is beautiful 🤩
