We ordered most of the dishes with thumb up. All in all, I like the seafood black rice the most. Its texture is little bit flutty, absorbed the sauce quite well, not stodgy. A very nice creamy black rice combined with fresh seasoned seafood (black & white) creates a beautiful array of tastes and colors in this wonderful dish. The boneless suckling pig is golden crispy without being overcooked, not too fat. Roasted piggy meat is so tender that you could feel its juicy and moist inside. As
